Project Description

 The AKS Office Building is a sleek and modern two-story corporate facility designed to reflect the professionalism and operational needs of a growing industrial company. Located in South Lebanon, the building features a contemporary interior concept with clean lines, efficient layouts, and refined finishes.

The facility includes executive offices, open-plan workspaces, a dedicated meeting room, and a welcoming reception area, all designed to promote a productive and comfortable working environment. Natural light, thoughtful material selection, and functional zoning were key priorities in the design.

SD PM delivered a turnkey solution, managing the project from concept to completion—including full design, permitting, procurement, and construction management. The result is a functional and high-quality office space aligned with the client’s operational and aesthetic standards.
