Project Description

 CAN Housing is a residential development designed to accommodate the workers and managerial staff of the adjacent CAN Industry complex in Yopougon, Abidjan. Serving as a support facility for the main industrial site, the project ensures that staff benefit from well-organized, functional, and comfortable living quarters within close proximity to their workplace.

The housing complex includes a mix of units tailored to different staff levels, with practical layouts, efficient infrastructure, and service areas that reflect both comfort and operational efficiency.

SD PM managed the entire design process, including technical coordination, project planning, budgeting, and procurement. The team’s role was to ensure a fully integrated residential solution aligned with the operational needs and timelines of the CAN Industry facility.
