Cocody Hills is a prestigious 13-story residential building located in the heart of Cocody, one of Abidjan’s most sought-after districts. Designed to offer elevated urban living, the building hosts a range of high-end apartments with premium specifications and modern amenities tailored for elite clientele.

SD PM was appointed by the client as the Project Management lead, representing the owner’s interests on-site throughout the entire development lifecycle. The scope of SD PM’s services included project planning, budgeting, procurement management, contracts administration, and coordination between contractors, consultants, and suppliers. The team’s focus on quality assurance, schedule control, and procurement alignment ensured that the project met its high expectations in design, execution, and delivery.
