Project Description

 Congo Parking is a compact annex facility developed to serve the Diplomat Hotel in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. The project consists of a ground floor parking area dedicated to hotel guests and visitors, with a restaurant located directly above it on the first floor.

Due to the specific conditions of the site, the project required a carefully engineered foundation system and temporary shoring solution to ensure stability and safe construction within a constrained urban environment.

SD PM was responsible for the full design of the project, including architectural, structural, and MEP works, as well as the construction management, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
