Project Description

 Diplomat Hotel is a 10-story hospitality development located in Brazzaville, designed to offer modern comfort, elegant finishes, and reliable building services for guests in the capital. The project aims to meet international hotel standards in both aesthetic execution and operational performance.

SD PM was assigned the Construction Management of all Finishing Works and MEP systems, overseeing the final and most detail-sensitive stage of the building process. The scope included managing the execution of interior materials, fit-outs, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems—ensuring seamless coordination between trades and a high-quality result that aligns with the hotel’s luxury positioning.
