Project Description

 The IHE Land Project is a land development initiative focused on transforming a large land into a fully serviced residential zone. The site was carefully subdivided into individual plots, each allocated for a private villa with dedicated infrastructure and access.

The scope of work covered comprehensive infrastructure design, including internal road networks, street lighting, water supply systems, sewage and stormwater drainage, and electrical and telecom networks—ensuring that each villa plot is equipped with the necessary urban services.

SD PM was responsible for the full architectural master planning and infrastructure engineering design, delivering a fully optimized and ready-to-build layout that meets modern planning standards and enhances future livability.
