Project Description

 The Meidoun Land Project is a large-scale infrastructure and land development initiative located in Meidoun, Beqaa – Lebanon, covering a vast area of approximately 400,000 square meters. This ambitious project focuses on land sorting and preparation for future urban expansion, while implementing critical infrastructure networks such as roads, water systems, electrical lines, and stormwater drainage.

With a strong emphasis on sustainable layout and long-term usability, the project aims to transform undeveloped terrain into a fully serviced and buildable urban zone.

SD PM was assigned to provide contract administration and technical supervision, ensuring quality compliance, coordination between stakeholders, and proper execution of the infrastructure works in line with Lebanese standards and development regulations.
