Project Description

The Nadim Fayyad Palace is a landmark residential estate located in South Lebanon, developed as a grand high-end private residence. Designed with the scale and elegance of a traditional palace, this project reflects timeless architecture, meticulous detailing, and luxurious exterior surroundings.

SD PM was entrusted with the construction management of the landscape works as well as the procurement of premium finishing materials. The palace’s vast grounds required coordination of complex landscape elements—including terraces, greenery, hardscapes, and water features—executed to the highest standards of quality.

This high-end residential project demanded careful attention to craftsmanship, material sourcing, and site supervision, reinforcing SD PM’s role in managing detail-driven execution with discretion and precision.
