Project Description

 The Nano 2 Factory is an industrial development located in Yopougon, Côte d’Ivoire, designed to support large-scale production activities within a strategically positioned industrial zone. 

SD PM was responsible for managing the project’s critical development phases, including planning, budgeting, commercial management, and coordination. Through close oversight and structured implementation, SD PM ensured that timelines, costs, and technical requirements were aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
