Project Description

 Nestlé Guesthouse is a high-end residential project located in Cocody, Abidjan, developed to host international guests and executives of the renowned global brand Nestlé. Designed as a private, refined retreat, the project includes a carefully studied master plan, elegant architecture, and premium living spaces tailored to meet the expectations of global standards.

SD PM was entrusted with the planning, budgeting, procurement, and coordination of all project phases. A key challenge was meeting tight milestones without compromising quality. SD PM’s expertise in design strategy and schedule control allowed the project to meet critical deadlines and align with Nestlé’s operational and hospitality requirements.
