Project Description

 The Pointe-Noire Port project in Congo is a strategic maritime infrastructure development led by Abu Dhabi Ports (ADP) in collaboration with MBTP and Mar Marines. This project aims to modernize and optimize port operations in Pointe-Noire, a vital trade hub on the Atlantic coast.

Planned as an InfraMega port project, the development focuses on improving cargo handling capacity, logistics infrastructure, and regional trade flow. The port’s upgraded design is intended to align with international port operation standards while supporting the economic ambitions of the Republic of Congo.

SD PM was appointed to lead comprehensive project management services, ensuring seamless coordination, effective planning, and efficient execution of this high-profile infrastructure project.
