Project Description
The Port of Angola is a major infrastructure project located in Luanda, commissioned by Mar Marines. Designed to enhance maritime logistics and trade flow in the region, this strategic development aims to become a key port hub supporting import/export activity, vessel docking, and large-scale cargo operations.
As part of Mar Marines’ expansion into critical transport infrastructure, the port is expected to strengthen Angola’s position in West African trade routes and boost national economic growth. The project is currently under development, with anticipated completion in 2027.
SD PM was appointed to lead full project management services, ensuring tight alignment between client vision, engineering feasibility, and execution performance. Scope includes planning, budgeting, procurement, contracts administration, and coordination—all tailored to meet international standards and strategic delivery goals.
