Project Description

Premier Béton is one of the largest concrete batching plants in Ivory Coast, developed to support the country’s growing demand for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The site was strategically planned to accommodate high-volume production while maintaining an efficient and organized operational layout.

SD PM led the architectural mass plan design, focusing on optimizing land use, traffic circulation, and production flow. The layout supports efficient equipment distribution, loading/unloading areas, and administrative zones—all while maintaining safety, functionality, and long-term durability.
