Project Description

Located in Houmine, South Lebanon, the Prima Factory is a purpose-built industrial facility designed to support the production of tissue paper. The factory comprises a 1,750 m² hangar space tailored to meet the operational and spatial demands of industrial manufacturing.

SD PM was entrusted with both the design and construction management of the facility, ensuring that every element—from spatial planning to technical specifications—was aligned with the functional requirements of a tissue production operation. Attention to detail, performance efficiency, and structural optimization were central to the project’s delivery.
