Project Description

 The Replast Factory, located in Toul, South Lebanon, is a 2,000 m² industrial facility designed to serve the environmentally driven purpose of plastic recycling. The steel hangar was conceived to accommodate complex machinery and process lines associated with sorting, segregating, and processing plastic materials.

SD PM led the design and construction management of the project, ensuring that every detail aligned with industrial recycling operations. The facility includes a dedicated receiving area, internal segregation paths, and high-capacity storage zones, all integrated into a structurally optimized steel hangar system.
