Project Description

 The SI2P Project is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production facility located in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, developed to support the controlled manufacturing of medical products under international standards.

The industrial complex includes a main production hangar of approximately 8,200 m², a 4,200 m² storage area for both raw materials and finished goods, and a 3,300 m² utilities building that houses critical support systems—such as chilled water, steam, compressed air, nitrogen generation, power distribution, and a staff canteen.

A 2.5 m × 2.5 m underground technical gallery connects the utilities to the production zone, ensuring efficient and protected service integration. The facility also features a dedicated 835 m² quality control laboratory and a 510 m² administration building spread over three levels.

Site development includes landscaped walkways, 1,000 meters of internal roads, and well-planned parking facilities, contributing to efficient circulation and a high-standard working environment.
