Project Description

 SIRIMA Residential Complex is a large-scale high-end residential compound located in Bingerville, a fast-developing suburb of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The development consists of 10 modern residential buildings designed to accommodate families in a secure, well-planned community setting.

The compound offers a cohesive urban layout, modern architecture, and thoughtfully integrated amenities to create a balanced living environment for its residents.

SD PM was entrusted with the planning, budgeting, and procurement for the entire project. The team’s early-stage involvement ensured a streamlined approach to project phasing, financial planning, and sourcing of materials, helping align execution with the project's high standards and delivery targets.
